Taizhou Office of ZHSCI Set Up in Yuhuan City
On the morning of July 28, 2017, Yuhuan Municipal People’s Government and ZHSCI hosted the signing ceremony to land ZHSCI Taizhou Office in Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province. Yuhuan Association for Science & Technology and ZHSCI Taizhou office undertook this ceremony. The Service Center for transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the integration of military and civilian industry was successfully established at the same time. Zhang Zhaohang, Secretary-General of MIIT National Council of Private Military Enterprises; Gu Dongdong, Executive director of ZHSCI and other almost 100 people from different walks of life participated in the ceremony.
The inauguration anticipated a rapid development of Yuhuan scientific and technological productivity. Many high-end technology talent resources and science and technology project resources which belonged to ZHSCI will be quickly docked between through the workstation and the local industrial enterprises. It would create a new impetus to innovation, as well as promote the upgrading of related industries. The precise docking of civil-military integration industry and the local outstanding enterprises, quality products might lead to prosperity in industry chains including military, intelligent manufacture, and automobile and motorcycle parts. As the bridge and service incubator, we felt a heavy load on our shoulder. But if we wanted to make a difference under the rapid economic development, we must build a scientific and technological innovation and development with creative thinking, use of resources and strong cooperation in order to make dockings between scientific and technological talents, projects and demand business as well as to create economic and social benefits.
Taizhou office, under the support of Zhejiang Yuhuan municipal government and Taizhou Association for Science & Technology was founded based on the mutual visits and exchange between ZHSCI and Yuhuan Association for Science & Technology.
It would rely on complementary advantages and mutual benefits in terms of high-end talent resources, high-quality resources from National Council of Private Military Enterprises and local industrial resources. The workstation would run as a service incubator committed to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the integration of military and civilian industry development.
