About ZHSCI

ZHSCI (Zhejiang Haichuang Sci-Tech Communication Institute), which was officially approved by Civil Affairs Bureau of Zhejiang Province, was inaugurated on December 23, 2016 in Hangzhou.

ZHSCI is a high-end talent think tank as well as the theory and practice base concerning industry-university-research cooperation. ZHSCI focuses on innovation & research exchange, especially the commercialization of research findings. As China has been encouraging mass entrepreneurship and innovation, ZHSCI unifies start-ups from all walks of life to promote the innovation in practice. As a key organization located in Hangzhou, it mainly composed by Zhejiang University alumni, Returnees (mainly from Global Talents Council and Frontier China Club), local merchants (named Zheshang) and Former employees of Alibaba, etc.

The purpose of ZHSCI is to strengthen the cooperation between science and technology, enhance innovative ability, promote the development of Zhejiang province and to improve national quality.

ZHSCI is mainly engaged in the following areas:
The research subjects on sci-tech communication and transformation; the theoretical innovation and practice concerning industry-university-research combination; the organization of PST activities; the deepening cooperation in science and technology.

ZHSCI, which centers on three national momentous strategic industries including New Energy, New Material and Massive Health, will take full advantage of the talents to accomplish the objectives.

Up to now, ZHSCI has been one of the vice councils of technology industrialization network associates of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is also with  Founder Institute (from silicon valley, USA) set up a branch institute in Hangzhou.
