Haichuang Salon to the 2nd round in UQ Technology
ZHSCI held the second Haichuang Salon while visiting Shenzhen UQ Technology on the afternoon of April 16, 2017.
UQ Technology is a high-tech enterprise, focused on the development and operation of mobile Internet software. It has successfully developed and operated several applications such as 51 series products. It is favored by millions of users. Through the big data analysis and background docking technology, it has become an alliance platform with a billion flows and 400 million DAU. Its traffic groups exist all over the ethnic Chinese at home and abroad, forming e-era mobile Internet industry clusters in the shape of flow + project collaborative development.
Both sides mainly discussed experience on the enterprise development process and the Internet operation.
Mr. Felix LEUNG, CEO of UQ, introduced the “two-line” model of the enterprise, namely project line and profit line. The project line is currently focused on creating the customization platform. Both sides made a discussion on the huge market potential, competitive situation, segmentation and technical barrier prediction of personalized customization platform. Mr. Leung also introduced the profit line which characterized by the light assets. He focused on explaining the big data docking platform and the intermodal shunt model. When mentioning the insight and adherence to the industry, Mr. Leung took AceDeceiver for example. AceDeceiver was developed according to the rigid demand of Apple users. It adhered to customer service 6 years as a day, forming strong user stickiness. At the end of 2013, AceDeceiver successfully grafted mobile application distribution business, and ranked among the forefront of the industry.
Subsequently, Mr. Xu Hongbing, the founder of AceDeceiver, shared his experience in the Internet field. Xu proposed that the Internet project must stand in the users’ point of view to consider the demands of users to keep the product quickly updated. At the same time, it was necessary to strengthen the enterprise incentive mechanism, to create the ownership of employees, to establish self-operating ability, as well as to prevent and control M&A risks.
Finally, both sides exchanged views on how to adapt to national reform and development ideas and search proper support from government.
