ZHSCI Held the First Round of Haichuang Salon over Policy Trends
Haichuang Salon held by ZHSCI, whose first salon was held in the afternoon on March 25th, 2017. Organizing by Zhejiang Haichuang Sci-Tech Communication Institute (ZHSCI) and Zhejiang Provincial Human Resources Association (ZJHRA), with the place on the 14F in QiaoShang Capital, Huaye Building, Binjiang District, Hangzhou.
ZHSCI invited Jiang Jichun as the salon’s first guest. Jiang Jichun, graduating from Zhejiang University and then studied abroad, has been a successful entrepreneur. The following is Jiang’s social position.

It was the first salon of ZHSCI that many places were provided. All walks of elites and world-famous university alumni took part in the activity. They are engaged in legal works, investments, medical community, bank works, architectures, fashion industry, logistics, and education. Some of them are comprehensive university alumni, such as Zhejiang University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Southeast University, Sichuan University and so on. Some of them are overseas returnees (UK, Singapore, Finland, Italy, France, Thailand, etc.)
Jiang shared his entrepreneurial experience by telling his story to make audience get closer to him. Jiang graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine, he abandoned government work and went to Italy to study with women’s clothing. Seizing the historical opportunity, Jiang made his first fortune and returned home. From then on, Jiang founded the Hangzhou International Garment City, invested health area, learning sinology to do with management. As a man sows, so does he reap. Jiang is grateful, he worked, and he enjoyed the fruit.
Zhang Hongwei, the president of ZHSCI, shared his views on the topic How the enterprises to work with the government, and How the enterprises realize the reforming promotion. In Zhang’s opinion, a qualified entrepreneur should live up to three requirements. Firstly, work friendly with government and officials. Secondly, attach great importance to the CCTV’s news. Finally, pay attention to the recent industrial policy.
Then，attendees and guests (The president of TongYuanShuYuan: Mr. Zhang Shouzhong etc.) discussed topic on entrepreneurship and sinology. The topic was continued on dinner party hosted by Jiang.
ZHSCI (Zhejiang Haichuang Sci-tech Communication Institute), which was officially approved by Civil Affairs Bureau of Zhejiang Province, was inaugurated on December 23, 2016 in Hangzhou.
ZHSCI is a high-end talent think tank as well as the theory and practice base concerning industry-university-research cooperation. ZHSCI focuses on innovation & research exchange, especially the commercialization of research findings. As China has been encouraging mass entrepreneurship and innovation, ZHSCI unifies start-ups from all walks of life to promote the innovation in practice. As a key organization located in Hangzhou, it mainly composed by Zhejiang University alumni, Returnees (mainly from Global Talents Council and Frontier China Club), local merchants (named Zheshang) and Former employees of Alibaba, etc.
The decision organizing ZHSCI salon was proposed by ZHSCI on its first official meeting. Well-known entrepreneurs would be invited to give lectures about themselves on innovation, sci-tech communication and transformation, enterprise management.
